We performed a specific inspection of the installed swimming pool on October 20, 2022 and reviewed visual documentation of the construction for shell steel reinforcing conformance with our plans and applicable NYS Code. Our observations and review of documentation confirm that the shell walls, bottom, steps and bench steel reinforcing and other aspects of the pool are installed in substantial conformance with our plan details with the-following deviations. 1. The stadium steps were revised to corner steps. The step reinforcing is consistent with the designed shell reinforcing. 2. A bench was installed along a long wall. The bench reinforcing is consistent with the designed shell reinforcing. 3. An auto-coverwas added. The auto-cover box is located on the deep end short wall. Photographs were taken of the installed swimming pool. We will provide electronic files of our photographs and the documentation provided by the contractor,upon request within the next sixty(60) days.
