We continue to review the project in accordance with the New York State Historic Preservation Act of 1980 (Section 14.09 of the New York Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law). These comments are those of the Division for Historic Preservation and relate only to Historic/Cultural resources. OPRHP has concerns regarding potential impacts to historic architectural resources as a result of vibrations from construction vehicles. OPRHP recommends the preparation and implementation of a Construction Protection Plan for the following two structures, which have been determined by OPRHP to be eligible for listing in the New York State and National Registers of Historic Places.
