This application is not being processed for approval as submitted because it does not appear to conform with the
standards/requirements of the Suffolk County Sanitary Code as indicated:
1. El The proposed sanitary flow is greater than the allowable population density equivalent. A sewage treatment system
is required. (Article 6, Section 607,Paragraphs A.1 and B.1,or A.2 and B.2 of the Suffolk County Sanitary Code).

and water supply. Prior to further processing of the application, it will be necessary that the owner(s) of the overall
