The project consists of the new construction of two (2)boat storage buildings. Building 1 will be 52,500 sq. ft. and:Building 2 will be 49,000 sq. ft.. Both buildings will be on a slab. We herein submit this electrical load letter for the loads associated with the project outlined above. Building 1 Summary: Number of floors: 1 Square Footage: 52,500 sq. ft. Use: Boat Storage Load Description: General Lighting and Power: 45 kVA Receptacle: 15kVA. Circulation Pump (Radiant Heat): 3.7 kVA Dry System Sprinkler Pump: 3.7 kVA. Fire:Pump: 29 kVA Jockey Pump: 1.1 kVA Mechanical Loads: 4 kVA Buildiniz 2 Summary: Number of floors: 1 Square Footage: 49,000 sq. ft. Use: Boat Storage Load Description: General Lighting and Power: 42 kVA Receptacle:15kVA Circulation Pump (Radiant Heat): 3.7 kVA Dry System Sprinkler Pump: 3.7 kVA. Fire Pump: 29 kVA Jockey Pump: 1.1 kVA Mechanical Loads: 4 kVA Based on the above demand load, we respectfully request a 120/208 Volt, 3-Phase, 4- wire, 2000 amp service for the combined buildings.
