Re: Strong's Yacht Center-Proposed Boat Storage Buildings
Dear Sirs:
We have been retained as the consulting engineer for the above referenced Boat
Storage Buildings Project on Mill Road in Mattituck. The project consists of the new
construction of two (2)boat storage buildings. Building 1 will be 52,500 sq. ft. and:Building
2 will be 49,000 sq. ft.. Both buildings will be on a slab. We herein submit this electrical
load letter for the loads associated with the project outlined above.
Building 1 Summary:
Number of floors: 1
Square Footage: 52,500 sq. ft.
Use: Boat Storage
Load Description:
General Lighting and Power: 45 kVA
Receptacle: 15kVA.
Circulation Pump (Radiant Heat): 3.7 kVA
Dry System Sprinkler Pump: 3.7 kVA.
Fire:Pump: 29 kVA
Jockey Pump: 1.1 kVA
Mechanical Loads: 4 kVA

Square Footage: 49,000 sq. ft.
Use: Boat Storage
Load Description:
General Lighting and Power: 42 kVA

Based on the above demand load, we respectfully request a 120/208 Volt, 3-Phase, 4-
wire, 2000 amp service for the combined buildings.
