of New York, to be known as North Street
and School House Road.

To the Town Superintendent of Highways of the Town of
Southold, in the County of Suffolk and State of New York:
The undersigned petitioners, John Wickham and Anne L. Wickham,
his wife, residing at Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York, liable
to be assessed for high~ay taxes in the Town of Southold, hereby
apply to the Town Superintendent of Highways to lay out new high-
ways at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, to be known as North Street and School House
Road and more fully described as follows:
The westerly line of North Street begins at a concrete monu-
ment on the northerly side of the Main Road at the southeasterly
corner of land of Stanley G. Case; running thence along said land
of Case and land of the petitioners herein N. 40° 13' 10" W. 658.9?
feet to a concrete monument marking the northwesterly corner of
said proposed highway. Said highway is to be 50 feet in width
measured at right angles and easterly from the above described
westerly line.
The northerly line of School House Road begins at a concrete
monument set on the westerly side of Depot Lane 146.59 feet south-
erly from the southeasterly corner of land of Stanley Kurczewski
aS measured along said westerly line of Depot Lane; running thence
S. 46° 57' 30" W. 701.70 feet to a concrete monument marking the
northwesterly-corner of said School House Road and being the same
monument marking the northwesterly corner-of North Street as above
described. Said highway is to be 50 feet in width measured at
right angles southerly from the above described northerly line.
A map of said proposed highways has been made by Otto W. Van
TuYl, Licensed Surveyor, Greenpert, N.Y. and is annexed hereto and
part of this application.
Annexed hereto and made a part of this application are re-
leases and dedications to the Town of Southold by the petitioners
herein, Stanley G. Case and George J. Mullen and Rosemary ~ullen,
over and adjoining whose properties said highways are to
his wife,

We, John WickhamandAnne L. WiCkham, his wife, being the
owners of certain lands in Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, over which lands certain
proposed hlghway~ known as North Street and School House Road and
described in the application in the above entitled matter, dated
April 26, 1948, will pass,
Now, in consideration of One ($1) Dollar to us in hand paid
by Harold D. Price, Superintendent of the Highways of said Southold
Town, and in further consideration of the laying out of the new
highways, known as North Street and School House Road, do hereby
release and dedicate to the Town of Southold, all the land hereto-
fore owned by us and through which said proposed highway will pass,
and described as follows:
The westerly line of North Street begins at a concrete monu-

corner of land of Stanley G. Case; running thence along said land
of Case and land of the petitioners herein N. 40° 13' 10" W. 658,97
feet to a concrete monument marking the northwesterly corner of
said proposed highway. Said highway is to be 50 feet in width

And we do release the said Town of Southold from all damages
by reason of the laying out of said highways.

York, having duly met at a regular meeting of said Town Board,
at the office of the Supervisor at Greenport in said Town, on

the application of John Wickham and Anne L. Wickham, his wife,
dated the 26th day of April , 1948 for the laying out of
new highways at Cutchogue, in said Town, to be known as North
Street and School House Road, do hereby consent that such laying
out be made in accordance with said petition.

which the two proposed highways are proposed to be laid out, a copy of which Is hereto annexed,
