Amendment to County Road System Map
Suffolk County
Pursuant to Section 115 and llS-b of the Highvay Law,
The Commissioner of Transportation does hereby approve amendments to
the County Road System Map of ~ffolk County, which have been approved
hV the Suffolk County Legislature by resolutions No. 475-1972, 476-1972~
and 477-1972 adopted on May 23, 1972, and which provide that the said
County Road System Map be amended as follows;
1. Pursuant to Resolution 475-1972; remove a portion of
~ County Road 31 - 01d Riverhead Road between County
Road 80 - Montauk Highway and the now or former
County Road 71 - Mill Road, a length of 0.53 miles
in the Town of Southampton.
2. Pursuant to Resolution 476-1972; remove County Road 26 -
New Suffolk Avenue from the Mattituck - Greenport Road,
I State Route 25 at .~b~que, t~en~e ~o~th ~.!ong Now
Suffolk Road to ~ki.~ 2~0~4, ~h~ ~aob~z,i~ along
Street to Peconic Bay, a length of 1.TA miles in the
Town of Seuthold.
3. Pursuant to Resolution &77-1972; remove that portion of
C.R. 71 - Old County Road - Mill Road, lying within the
Village of Westhampton Beach, a length of 0.43 miles.
