That was most generous of you given how much you have on your plate right now. Attached please find a few copies the three items you requested: 1. A drawing of the wall of the basement that was drywalled reflecting the materials used. The ceiling height was in the plan that I had filed and drawn by Joan Chambers. 2. A description of the windows installed.The location of the windows is on the drawing that Joan Chambers provided. 3. A permit application,executed and notarized. You stated that the drawing of the wall of the basement and description of the window did not have to be stamped by an engineer as the original drawing I had submitted in 2020 was stamped by an engineer and had shown both the walls and windows and included a description thereof in the upper right hand corner of the document. I would greatly appreciate your taking a solid look at the plans I had submitted in 2020 and perhaps the large original copy brought in by Joe Fischetti so that it is easier to read. Once you have reviewed these documents and approved them, kindly let me know what I owe. I will then send in a check for that amount less any monies already paid in 2020 so we cand proceed to have the new C of 0 and rental permit granted. In addition,you requested that two smoke alarms be moved up and that I install 3 arc interrupters in order to have the electrical inspection completed. I have completed those requests and as indicated by Sean, have passed electrical inspection. I am waiting for that document indicating same.
