805 Navy Street, LLC, for a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170-7(b) of the
Southold Town Code at a registered landmark property to install Solar Panels on single

Southold Town Code at a registered landmark property to install Solar Panels on single
family dwelling and accessory building, located at 1945 Village Lane, Orient, NY. SCTM #
1000-25-3-11.
3:45 P.M. -Richard Hoblock for a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170-7(b) of
Southold Town Code at a registered landmark property to install an air conditioning unit
in the side yard, located at 595 Navy Street, Orient, NY. SCTM No. 26-1-7.

1. Landmark Incentives (MO)
2. Potential Awards or Request Historical Status, include individuals, non-profit organizations, etc.
3. Incentives: HPC Brochure RE: Mission of the Commission to Realtors and district residents.
