4. Potential Awards or Request Historical Status, include individuals, non-profit organizations, etc.
5. Incentives: HPC Brochure RE: Mission of the Commission to Realtors and district residents.
6. HPC Handbook-The Commission will schedule a date to meet and make changes.
7. Add two more Members to the Commission.
8. Code Revisions to Chapter 170; i.e.; fences, waterways.
New Business:
1. Historic Facade Easement: Questions by Peconic Land Trust
2. Dzama— 1620 Koke Drive, Southold. Possible Amendment to Res. #06.17.21.1 of June 17, 2021
re: Metal Fence Posts.
