Pinkwater, Susan — Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170-7(b) of the Southold Town Code at a'registered landmark property, 675 (AKA 220) Champlin Place, Greenport. Proposed alterations to an existing Single Family Dwelling. SCTM No. 1000-34-3- 30. REGULAR MEETING: 3:30 Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance Minutes: Motion to Approve of previous month's minutes. Chairperson's Comments PUBLIC HEARINGS: None Old Business: 1. Murphy Home Plaque -Update received from JM 2. Update on Asch property award (AS) 3. Landmark Incentives (MO) 4. Potential Awards or Request Historical Status, include individuals, non-profit organizations, etc. 5. Incentives: HPC Brochure RE: Mission of the Commission to Realtors and district residents. 6. HPC Handbook-The Commission will schedule a date to meet and make changes. 7. Add two more Members to the Commission. 8. Code Revisions to Chapter 170; i.e.; fences, waterways. New Business: 1. Historic Facade Easement: Questions by Peconic Land Trust 2. Dzama— 1620 Koke Drive, Southold. Possible Amendment to Res. #06.17.21.1 of June 17, 2021 re: Metal Fence Posts.
