This proposed project, as reviewed by the building dept, does not require review by the Zoning Board of Appeals. It does not meet the requirements considered for a demolition. Furthermore, the project is not required to install a i/a OWTS system. I have included a copy of the engineer's letter, which has evaluated the proposed construction under new Suffolk County Septic regulations. We are looking forward to moving this project through the process and starting construction this spring.
