ALPINE AVENUE: The easterly or northeasterly line ~
begins at the southerly end of that course of the
easterly line of Oriental Avenue which runs
S.38o46,E. and runs thence five courses, as follows:
Il) S. 62o53'50"E. 263.$0 feet; t hence
2) N.TlO22'30"EJ 145.61 ~eet; thence
3) S.36°OltOO"E. 147.54 ~eet; thence
4)S.35°~5'00"E. 107.23 feet; thence
5) S.46uO3'lS"E. 195.34 feet. And the above proposed
highway is at all points 40 feet in width. The
southeasterly end of said highway runs from the
southerly end of the last above described course
S.29°58'W. $1.23 feet.
BOARDINGHOUSE ROAD: The southerly line begins
at the southerly end of that course~ of the easterly
line of Crescent Avenue which runs S.15°14g20"W. and
runs thence N;89o14'lO"E. 225.13 feet to the south-
westerly line of the hereinafter described %~%~/
Munnatawket A~/ Road. And the above described
highway~ at,all polnt~ 40 feet in width.

on that course of the southeasterly line of Fox
Avenue which runs N.46°21'E., 177.12 feet along said
course from its southwesterly end, and runs thence .

EQUESTRIAN AVENUE: The westerly line begins at the
northerly line of West Street and runs thence two

line of the hereinafter described Fox Avenue; thence

MANSION HOUSE DEIVE: ~ne westerly line begins at the
northerly end of the westerly line of the hereinabove
described Eq~estrian~Zand runs thence four courses,

Describing and Recording "MUNNATAWKET :
ROAD" as a Town Highway in the Town of:
Southold, Oounty of Suffolk and State :
of New York, a Highway used by the Pub-
lic for more than Fifteen Years. :
ORDER ESTABLISHING
TOWN HIG~1gAY BY USER
WHEREAS, the public for a period of more than fifteen years
has used the lands hereinafter described as a public highway in
the TOma of Southold, Suffolk 0ounty, New York., and
WHEREAS, it is in all respects proper that such highway sham
be duly ascertained, described and entered on record as a town
high~ay of the said Town of Southold, and taken over by such Town
and worked and kept in repair by such Town,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, HAROLD PRICE, the Town Superintendent of
Highways of the said Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
do hereby ascertain, describe and enter on record as a towa high-
way the following, to wit:
All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land situate,
lying and being at Fishers Island, in the Town of Southold,
County of SuffOlkand State of New York, bounded and des-
cribed as follows:
BEGINNING at the northerly end of that course of
Central Avenue which runs north 3 degrees 55 minutes 20
seconds west and running thence from said point of begin-
ning north $$ degrees 19minutes $5 seconds west 603.~0
feet to the southerly line' of BoardinghoUse Road (being
theeasterly terminus or Boardinghouse Road) and running
thence the following two (2) courses:
(1) Crossing' the easterly terminus of said Boarding-
house Road and continuing due north, a distance of 137.O
feet: thence ' '
~2) North' 13 degrees 59~ minutes OO seconds east 513.21
feet to the southerly line of~ Central Avenue.
The above described line of survey being and intended to
be the westerly line of the said highway known as "Munna-
tawke~ Road", the same being at all points ~0 feet in width.
The southerly terminus of the said "MunnataWket Road" being
the northerly line of the southerly branchof Central Avenue
and the northerly terminus of the said "Munnatawke~ Road"
being the northerly line of the northerly branch of Central
Avenue.
Annexed hereto and made a part hereof is a certain map pre-
pared by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, dated
August 8, 1961, entitled "F~p of Proposed Highways on Fishers
Island, To~n of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y." which said map
shows the course of said highway outlined in red.

The above described line of survey being the northerly
line of the sa~d highway known as Madeline Avenue, the sa~e
being at all points ~0 feet in width. The westerly terminus
of said highway being the easterly line of Crescent Avenue
and the easterly temainus thereof being the westerly line of
Central Avenue.
Annexed hereto and made a part hereof is a certain map pre-
pared by Otto lg. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, dated
August 8, 1961, entitled ~Map of Proposed Highways on Fishers
