Wiggins Estate", dated 511911853, miscellaneous maps vol. 4 page I, no fling date or map no, said lots when taken
together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Linnett Street and the westerly side of Sixth
Street;
THENCE along the westerly side of Sixth Street,South 7 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West, 100 feet to Lot No. 176;
