Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 11
as shown on a certain map entitled: "Map of Greenbriar Acres" filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 10/07/1977 as Map No. 6609, being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the Easterly side of Elijah's Lane where the division line
between tots 10 and 11 on the above mentioned map intersect the Easterly side of Elijah's
Lane; said point being distant 1996.75 feet Northerly from Main Road (S.R. 25);
RUNNING THENCE along the Easterly side of Elijahs Lane, North 25 degrees 11 minutes
20 seconds West, 189.00 feet;
THENCE along the arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 25.00, a distance
of 38.78 feet to land now or formerly of Perge (Birchwood Road);
