BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of New Suffolk Road distant 540 feet, more or less, Southerly from the corner
formed by the intersection of the Southerly side of Main Road and the Easterly side of New Suffolk Road, said point also
being where the division line between the premises insured herein and land now or formerly of C. Overton intersects the
Easterly side of New Suffolk Road;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line, North 68 degrees 32 minutes 20 seconds East, 260.91 feet to land now or
formerly of L. Horton;
THENCE along said last mentioned land, South 21 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds East, 107.39 feet to a monument and
land now or formerly of E. Billard;
THENCE along said last mentioned land, South 68 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds West, 282.95 feet to the Easterly side

point or place of BEGINNING.

TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
