BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the boundary line between land of Adam Pckunka and land conveyed by Frank E.Horn to
Casamisina,said pipe being 35 feet northerly along said line from its intersection with the northerly line of land now or formerly
of Arciprete formerly Francis M.Pitt;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Pekunka,North 26 degrees 53 minutes 50 seconds West,33.0 feet to an iron pipe;
