Abitz and the annexed deed of dedication and release from Anne M. Baum, they being the owners of and persons interested in the lands through which said highway is proposed to be opened, NOW,THEEEFORE, I, Harold D. Price, as the Town Superintendent of Highways, of the Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk and state of New York, do hereby determine and order that Town Highway known as }/arlene Lane, between the ~/ain Road on the north and Peconic Bay Boulevard on the south, near Mattituck, in said Town, shall be,and the/same hereby is, laid out in said Town as particularly described in the Rnuexed deeds of dedication and release from William F. Abitz and Anue N. Baum, dated Dated: Nay 6 1952 the Town of Southold,New York. Upon reading and filing the dedication and release of William F. Abitz, dated February 20 ,1982, duly acknowledged, and the dedication and release of Anne M. Baum, dated March 3 , 1982, duly acknowledged, dedicating and releasing the necessary lands for the proposed highway known as Marlene Lane, near Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and more particularly described in said deeds of dedication and release, it is hereby · RESOLVED that consent be, and the same hereby is, Eiven that the Town Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Southoldmake an order laying out the aforesaid Town Highway to consia$ of the lands described in said deeds of dedication and release, all in accordance with the provisions of the Highway Law of the!.State of New York. Abitz dated February 20, 1952, recorded May 26, 1952 in ~uffolk County Clerk's office, in Liber 33B? of Deeds, at page 388; As to Parcel No. 2 - by deed of Anne M. Baum dated March 3, 1982 and recorded May 28, 19§2 in said Clerk's in Liber ~387 of Deeds, at Page ~$?; office As to Parcel No. 3 - by deed of Anne M. Baum dated April ll, 1~$2 and recorded May 28, 1~82 in said Clerk's office in L~iber 3~87 of Deeds, at. Page 390; As to Parcel No. 4 - by deed of William F. Abitz dated April ll, 1~82 and recorded May 26, 1982 in said Clerk's office in Liber 3~87 of Deeds, at Page 3~2. Description Parcel No. 1. ALL that parcel of land at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of land of Anne M. Baum on the easterly line of' the northerly portion of a proposed highway to be known as "Narlene Lane" released or about to be released by said Anne M. Baum to the party of the second part, said point being ?46.88 feet southerly along said easterly line of said proposed highway from its intersection with the southerly line of Main Road; and running along land of the party of the first part S.20° 3~' 10" E. 11~3.98 feet to a point on the northerly llne of other land of said Anne M.
