Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, October 29, 1957, by Otto Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land
Surveyors,Greenport, New York,"and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 21,
1957,under file number 277 being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Three Waters Lane distant, 510.59 feet Northerly from the
counter by the intersection of the Easterly side of Three Waters Lane and the Northerly side of Park View
Lane, said point where the division line between lots 7&8 on the aforementioned map intersects the Easterly
side of Three Waters land and;
RUNNING THENCE North 1 degree 02 minutes 20 seconds East, along the Easterly side of Three Waters
Lane, 100.00 feet;
THENCE South 88 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds East, 126.21 feet;
THENCE South 0 degrees 20 minutes 40 second West 100.01 feet;
THENCE North 88 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds West 127.42 feet to the Easterly side of Three Waters
Lane,the point of place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party to the first part by deed made by
JEANNETTE E. VERA and DIANE CALITRI, dated June 12, 1998, and recorded on June 18, 1998 in Liber
11897 Page 906 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
,RESERVING HOWEVER,a legal life estate in the above-described premises with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected,in and to JEANNETTE E.VERA.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement before using any part
of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word'party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
