We find that the following items have to be completed: 1. Pavement replacement has been completed joints must be sealed. 2. Mowing of the R.O.W. was in progress, but the vegetation in the flow line and at curb joints haq not been addressed. o Plastic covers have been broken, or ripped, which will impede storm water entry to the- drainage structures. These plastic coverings must be completely removed. We recommend that the developer notify the Planning Board upon completion of these items and another inspection be scheduled.
