NOW THEREFORE, WALTER GATZ, residing at 1800 Sound Avenue, Box 45, Mattituck, New York 11952, does hereby dedicate, release and convey to the Town of Southold, a municipal corporation with its principal place of business at 53095 Main Road, Southold, New York 11971, for highway purposes, the road described on the attached Schedule "A". Hussie In the Matter of the Laying out of a Certain Highway in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, Known as RESOLUTION AND CONSENT LLOYD'S LANE (Map of Honeysuckle Hills at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York) WHEREAS, a certain subdivision map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk wherein said map was entitled "Map of Honeysuckle Hills", Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, and WHEREAS, plans for the construction of various improvements to said roads shown and described as Lloyd's Lane were submitted to the Planning Board of the Town of Southold, and WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Southold did approve said performance bond as to form, sufficiency, manner of execution, and surety and WHEREAS, said road, drainage system(s), s~np(s), and other improvement(s) have been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications of the Southold Town Planning Board, and WHEREAS, the construction of the road, drainage system(s), and s~p(s) have met with the approval of the Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Southold, and WHEREAS, Special Search Street Dedication from TRW Title Insurance Company, Title No. 91-99-1260, has been filed with the Town Clerk of the Town of Southold, together with a deed of dedication affecting said roads and drainage system.
