Post Office Box 38 Mattituck, New York 11952 Re: Dedication of Highways in Laurelwood Subdivision Dear Gary: At the last Town Board meeting on July 24, 1979, the question of the dedication of the streets in the above subdivision came before the Town Board. In reviewing the file I find that the title search was made in 1976 and have accordingly asked the title company to continue the search to date. In looking over the map and the dedication papers, I note that it is apparently the intention that 100 foot turn arounds are provided at the dead ends of the streets in question. However, the dedication papers make no mention of this. It is the usual practice to take dedication of these turn around areas at least on a temporary basis until the streets are extended. There is in the file your check for $15.50 for recording fees which I believe is not in the proper amount since recording fees have been increased and also the check is probably stale and I am returning this to you herewith.
