Upon reading and filing the application of Kathryn Fleet,
Madolin Fleet Barteau and Janet Reeve Field, dat~ed and acknow-
ledged the ~th day of December ,1967, and the
dedication and release of said Katb~yn Fleet, Madolin Fleet
Barteau and Janet Reeve Field, dated the ~th da~ of December,
1967, and duly acknowledged, dedicating and releasing the
necessary lands for said proposed Town Highways to extend
from North Cross Road on the north through lands of said
Kathryn Fleet, Madoltn Fleet Barteau and Janet Reeve Field
to the north line of Midwood Road, all at Cutchogue, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York.
RESOLVED that in accordance with the provisions of Section
171 of the Highway ~aw of the State of New York, consent be and
the ss_me hereby is given that the Town Superintendent of High-
ways of the Town of Southold make an order laying out the afore-
said Town Highways, the said Town Highways to consist of the
lands described in the said dedication and release and to extend
as delineated upon the map thereto annexed, and it is further
RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk be and he hereby is directed
to forthwith cause such release to be recorded in the office of
of Suffolk and, upon its return, to
the Clerk of the Count~

OF LANDS FOR TOWN HIGHWAYS.
%~HEAS, application has been duly made to the Town Super-
intendent of Highways of the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, for the laying out of certain Town Highways
known as Holden Avenue and E~stwood Drive, as shown and designated
on "Map of Eastwood Estates, Section Two, situate at Fleet~s Neck,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y." made by Otto W. Van Tuyl &
Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, owned and developed by the Estate of
George H. Fleet, Cutchogue,N.Y. and filed in the office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on November 30, 1964 as Map No. 4210.
NOW, THEREFORE, Kathryn Fleetm~ Madol~in Fleet Bartea~ and
Janet Reeve Field~ the owners of the land to be included within
the said highways, in consideration of One Dollar (~l.00) in band
paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
dedicate, release and convey to the TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, a Municipal
Corporation having a principal office at the Town Hall, on Main
Road, at Southold, New york, for highway purposes the following
lands:

Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the noPthwesterl~ line of Mid-
wood Road, 327.32 feet southwesterly along said no?thwest-

ning running the following three courses: (1) North 32° 18'

Application having been duly made for the laying out of
certain Town highways in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, known as Holden Avenue ex~ending from North Cross Road
on the north to Midwood Road on the south; and known as Eastwood
Drive extending also from North Cross Road on the north to Midwood
Road on the south, both of said proposed highways running through
lands of Kathryn Fleet, Madolin Fleet Barteau and Janet Reeve
Field, at Cutchogue, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York,
and a dedication and release from the owners of the lands through
which the highways are proposed to be opened, having been given;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the Town Superintendent of Highways of the
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, do hereby determine and
order that said town highways shall be, and the same are hereby
laid out in said town as follows:

The undersigned, inhabitants of the Town of Southold, liable
to be assessed for highway taxes therein, hereby apply to you to
lay out certain highways in said Town generally bounded and des-
cribed as follows:
ALL that parcel of land situate at Cutchogue,Southold Town,
Suffolk County, New York, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northwesterly line of Midwood

Gentlemen;
At the meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board,
on August 5, 1969, the bond estimate for the remaining
work to be done on the roads in the subdivision known as
"Willow Terrace" located at Orient, owned and developed
by Robert Douglass, was submitted by Larry Tuthill, in
the amount of $8,500. The Southold Town Planning Board
recommends to the Southold Town Board an estimated
performance bond in the amount of $8,500 for the completion
of roads in the subdivision "Willow Terrace", at Orient,
New York.
