HILL, his wife, inhabitants of the Town of Southold, liable to be assessed for highway taxes therein, herel~y apply to you to lay out a highway in said Town to be known as "HARPER ROAD", and to extend from the southerly line of Petty Road southerly and then westerly to the easterly line of Wells Avenue, said proposed highway being described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a monument at the intersection of the westerly line of Mechanic Street South with the southerly line of Petty Road; from said point of beginning running thence along said southerly line of Petty Road, North 76 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds East, 50.0 feet; thence through land of L. Barron Hill and Adelaide H. Hill, his wife, three courses as follows: (1) South 13 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds East 192.91 feet; thence (2) South 76 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West 229.24 feet; thence (3) South 58 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds West 191.70 feet to the easterly line of Wells Avenue at a point 250.0 feet ~southerly along said easterly line from a monument at the northerly terminus thereof; thence along said easterly line of Wells Avenue, North 31 degrees 51 minutes 20 seconds West, 50.0 feet; thence through said lands of L. Barron Hill and Adelaide H. Hill, his wife, three courses as follows: (1) North 58 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds East, 200.0 feet; thence (2) North 76 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds East, 187.54 feet; thence (3) North 13 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds West, 142.91 feet to a concrete monument and the point or place of beginning. The above described proposed highway will pass through the lands of L. Barron Hill and Adelaide H. Hill, his wife, who hereby consent to the laying out of said highway. Annexed hereto and made a part hereof is a certain map entitled "Map of Proposed Highway to be known as Harper Road at Southold, New York", surveyed July 17, 1967, by Otto Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York, which said map shows the course of the said proposed highway. BARRON HILL and ADELAIDE H. BARRON HILL and ADE IDE H. ILL, his wife, dated the day of 1967, and the dedication and release of L. BARRON HILL and ADELAIDE H. HILL, his wife, dated the/~ day of ~ , 1967, and duly acknowledged, dedicating and releasing the necessary lands for a proposed highway to be known as "HARPER ROAD" to e~end from the southerly line of Petty Road southerly and then westerly to the easterly line of Wells Avenue through lands of the said L. I have inserted new maps inthe application and dedicatinn. The only changes in the maps are the distances along Wells Avenue which has been corrected from 200 feet to 260 feet.
