IN T~E C0~NTY OF SUFFOLK AND STATE OF NEW YORK:
Ravatone Realty Corporation, a domestic corporation, having
its principal office and place of business at Oyster Bay, Nassau
County, New York, and liable, to be assessed for highway taxes in the
town of Southold, hereby applies to you to lay out a new highway known
as Hamilton Avenue, at Fleet~s Neck, near Cutchogue, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, described as fol-
lows:~
T~ westerly line begins at a monument on the southerly line
of Fleetwood Road ~V1.36 feet, more or less, easterly, along said south-
erly line of Fleetwood Road, from the easterly line of Fleetts Neck
Road; thence running southerly parallel to said Fleet's Neck Road,
§51e18 feet, more or less, to a monument on the northerly line of above
described Glenwood Road at a point 32§ feet easterly, on said north-
erl2 line of Glenwood Road, from the easterl$ line of Fleet.s Neck
Road. Said highway is to be ~? feet in width, measured at right ahgles
easterly from above described line,
which proposed laying out will pass through land of Ravatone Realty
Corporation, only.

consent that such la2ing o~t be made in accordance with the pra2er of
the within petitione
RAVATONE REALTY CORPORATION, a domestic corporation having
its principal office and place of business at Oyster Bay, Nassau
County, New York, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to it
in hand paid by Harold E. Price, Town Superintendent of Highways of
the Town of Southold, and in further consideration of the laying out
of a new highway known as Hamilton Avenue, at Fleet's Neck, near
Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold,COunty of Suffolk and State of
New York, described as follows:-
The westerly line begins at a monument on the southerly line
of Fleetwood Road 3Vle35 feet, more or less, easterly~ along said
southerly line of Fleetwood Road, from the easterly line of Fleet's
Neck Road; thence running southerly parallel to said Fleette Neck
Road, 551.15 feet, more or less, to a monument on the northerly line
of above described Glenwood Road at a point 325 feet easterly, on said
northerly line of Glenwood Road, from the easterly line of Fleet'e
Neck Road.~ ~ highway is to be 37 feet in width, measured at right
angles easterly from above described line,
which proposed laying out will pass through land of Ravatone Realty
Corporation, does hereby dedicate and release to the Town of Southold,
all land heretofore owned by it and included within the premises above
described, and does hereby release said Town from all da~ges by reason
of th~ laying out of said new highway.

corporation; that the seal affixed to said instrument is suchAcoro~

ORDER LAYING OUT A HIGHWAY WITH THE CONSENT OF
TOWN BOARDe
Written application having been made to me, Town ~uperintendent
of Highways for the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, b2
Ravatone Realty Corporation, a corporation having its principal office
and place of business at Oyster Bay, Nassau County, New York, and liable
to be assessed for highway taxes in said Town; and the written consent
of the Town Board of said town having been executed as prescribed by
law, and releases from damages having been executed by the owners of
the land through which the proposed highway is to be laid out, copies
of which are hereto annexed, and nothing having been paid to any
claimant for such damages, it is hereby
ORDERED and DETERMINED that the highway shall be and the same
is hereby laid out in said Town as follows:-
The westerly line begins at a monument e~ the southerly line

Said highway is to be 37 feet in width, measured at right angles east-
erly from above described line,
