The highways are known as GLENN ROAD and SHEPARD DRIVE, as shown and designated on a certain subdivision map entitled, 'West Creek Estates' filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 19, 1963 as Map Number 3848. A map of said proposed highways has been made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Land Surveyor. and Is annexed hereto and made a part of the Application. together with a Release and Application to the Town of Southold by the petitioner herein, over whose property said highways are to run. INC., with a place of business at 2100 Glenn Road, Southold, New York, being the owner of certain land in Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York. and included within which land are proposed highways known as GLENN ROAD and SHEPARD DRIVE, described in the (3/I Application in the above entitled matter dated November 10 , 1988. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of ONE ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid by Raymond Jacobs, residing at Main Road, East Marion, New York, 11939, Superintendent of Highways of said Town of Southold, and in further consideration of laying out of the new highway known as GLENN ROAD and SHEPARD DRIVE, do hereby release and dedicate to the Town of Southold all of the land heretofore owned by it within said proposed highways as follows: The highways are known as GLENN ROAD and SHEPARD DRIVE as shown and designated on a certain subdivision map entitled, "West Creek Estates" surveyed by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Greenport, New York, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 19. 1963 as Map Number 3848.
