The last correspondence I had on Garden Court was in November of 1988. Ray said the attorney in the matter, Mr. Amrod, called him and said he had sent new papers and wanted to know when the Board would accept dedication. Mary check your file and we found correspondence from June 7th (never received by Ray Jacobs) and a memo to the file by Jay of June 15th. I would like to again coordinate the files, as I am probably giving out misinformation, as I did initially to Ray today. Also, I believe all original dedication papers are supposed to be retained by me---a procedure established and agreed upon by Jay.
