Co., N.Y.", filed in the Office of the clerk of the County of Suffolk on February 15, 197~, as Map Number 6066; and WHEREAS, the Southold Town Superintendent of Highways has inspected said highways and has advised the Town Board that he determines and orders that said highways shall be laid out in the Town; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 171 of the Highway Law of the State of New York, consent be and the same is given to the Superintendent of Highways to make an order laying out the aforesaid highways, to consist of lands described in said application as shown on certain maps attached to said application; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Clerk be and she hereby is authorized and directed to forthwith cause the dedication, release, and deed to be recorded in the, Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York. The applicant wanted to hold off on a title abstract pending an OK from Public Works. Betty Neville checked with Ray Jacobs and he is prepared to OK the roads with the plans he currently has, therefore, the applicant should provide the Town with an Abstract of Title certified to the Town Board by a reputable title company, and an executed Bargain and Sale Deed.
