At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held -
Monday, April 22, 1996, the following action was made:
NJ-18
Moved by Robert Keith, seconded by Betty Wells, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees
DISAPPROVAL of the request for a Letter of Non-Jurisdiction for RlCfl~RD
NEMSCHICK and SUZANNE AUER 100-3-11.1.~ for a lot to build a home. . .[
The .CAC .recommends the applicant obtain a per.mit because there wdllbe
clearing w~thin 75' of the wetlands and there exists a potential of severe
erosion problems to the bluff face due to the slope of the land.

According to the information given, and an updated survey the
Trustees agreed that the construction of a house is out of the
Trustee jurisdiction, under the Wetland Ordinance under Chapter
97 of the Town Code.
Howevera_~activit~ within 75 feet of the Wetlands line would
require a permit from this office.
