Please be advised that I recently met at this project
site with NYSDEC Department staff member Charles T. Hamilton,
Lou Chiareita and Southold Town Trustee James King. At that
time, it was determined that the application should be
modified. The requested modification is to reconstruct
existing 3'x 15' walk, 6'x 60.5' catwalk, 3'x 18' ramp, to
install a lO'x 20' float, to construct a 3'x 88' extension to
the landward end of the existing dock. All walks, catwalks
and fixed docks would be reconstructed/constructed 3.5' above
grade of existing marsh. At this time, the applicant is also
seeking to reconstruct in kind in place the existing timber
stairway leading down the bluff (±4'x %70').
