RESOLVED that the Southeld Town Trustees grants a waiver to reconstr%~ct pond, apprex~ 65c~y. of fill, 36" high wall and 50' long flared downward toward each end as per plan as received. New York 11971 The following recommendation was adopted at the April 28, 1997 meeting of the - Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council: WR-65 .'AI_~[C;E ar~l CHARLES LEMIEN 97-7-25,' 26 to raise the existing pond, overall dimensions of project are 30' x ~0' average with 65 c.y. of fill and topsoil; retaining wall 36" high x 50' long, flared downward toward each end. Beebe Drive, Cutchogue -T~he Council did 'not receive the application until -the meeting. It was unable ~make an-inspection and therefore has no recommendation.
