Dean, Superintendent Town Highway Depa~hf~nt Southold, New York 11971 No. 314 Date: August 13~ 1983 Fz~u: John W. Davis Re: Dedication of Eastwood Court I inspected the above subdivision road today. The length is approximately 533 ft. in length at a width of 36 ft. with a fully paved turnaround (diameter 86 ft.+-) at the end. The two catch basins that are located here and connected to leaching basins look to be. in working order. From available records the pav~nent is probably 10 years old. The construction appears to be the present Town specification pulvimix with the stone chip surface. There are very few minor potholes, sc~e small edge ravelings at the turnaround and evidence of scme asphalt patch work. The concrete curbs are in fair condition. The overall condition of the road is acceptable and I would recuL,,~nd dedication to the Town of Southold. ~ John W. ~avis SEP P, 1 HENRY E.
