Re: Dedication of Eastwood Court
I inspected the above subdivision road today. The length is approximately
533 ft. in length at a width of 36 ft. with a fully paved turnaround
(diameter 86 ft.+-) at the end. The two catch basins that are located here
and connected to leaching basins look to be. in working order.
From available records the pav~nent is probably 10 years old. The construction
appears to be the present Town specification pulvimix with the stone chip
surface. There are very few minor potholes, sc~e small edge ravelings at the
turnaround and evidence of scme asphalt patch work. The concrete curbs are in
fair condition.
The overall condition of the road is acceptable and I would recuL,,~nd dedication
to the Town of Southold.
