The denial of my application for a mooring permit was disheartening considering that the Town has approved at least one other permit in the same approximate location. Further, the Town granted a permit to build a ramp and float off Cedar Beach Road and in Cedar Beach Harbor. Enclosed are three copies of photos concerning this dock.
