Remove an existing garage and build a I 1/2 story guest cottage and porch in approximate location. Construct a brick patio and walks. Existing driveway will be redesigned but will remain as pervious stone. Midway Road, Southold The CAC approves with the following conditions: 1. If filling is required it must be stabilized on site, 2. Erosion and sediment control be required during and after construction, Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried.
