The following recommendation was adopted at the meeting of the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council on September 23, 1996 :

Moved by Allan Connell, seconded by Bruce Loucka, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
WITH CONDITIONS of the Wetland Permit Application of PREM C:flATI~AR
90-2-9.1 to construct addition and porch onto existing two-story, one-family
dwelling. Remove an existing garage and build a I 1/2 story guest cottage and
porch in approximate location. Construct a brick patio and walks. Existing
driveway will be redesigned but will remain as pervious stone.

The CAC approves with the following conditions:
1. If filling is required it must be stabilized on site,
2. Erosion and sediment control be required during and after
construction,

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Construct addition and porch onto existing two-story,
one-family dwelling. Remove an existing garage and build
a 1 ~/2 story guest cottage and porch in approximate
location.
Construct a brick patio and walks all as shown on
attached plan prepared by Claude R. Cuvier Collaborative,
P.C., architects.
Existing driveway will be redesigned but will remain as
pervious stone.
