For several years now, we have noticed increased areas of erosion on the bluff, loss of beach level, and bare soil areas on the bluffwhich were once thick with plant growth. This problem is especially evident on the western end of our property which borders Mr. Areas' lot. This problem is and has been for svv~al years clearly evident when viewing the bluff from the beach. Further, the erosion is not limited to our lot as the condition is present in both Mr. Arcas' lots as well as Mr. Ciaputa's.
