How could the town allow this to happen? It was apparent that work was being hidden behind tall Black plastic "walls "that surrounded the whole place. This site should be carefully inspected and anything done that is not in compliance with natural habitat and wetland preservation be corrected. Fines should be levied and no permits given until there is transparent inspection. Silver Sands is a lovely wetland location and needs to be treated carefully.
