The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of
Trustees meeting on March 25, 1998:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees approve the
request for a Transfer of Permit ~4254, a Wetland Permit to
extend existing bulkhead return 10' landward and fill with 3-4
c.y. of fill, from Anthony Tamburrino to Martin P. Regan.
Located: 85 Waters Edge Way, Southold.
However, this does not constitute approval from any other
agencies.

Dear Mr. Arm,
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed your survey dated
and received in our office on February 11, 1998 and at an on
site inspection, found that the proposed construction of a 2' X
13' addition at front entry, a 4' X 13' covered porch at front
entry, a bay window addition at rear of living room, a 16' X 22'
deck addition, steps to grade from.deck and a full second story
addition above existing first floor is out of the Wetlands
jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Wetland Code.
However, this determination is not a determination from any
other agency.
