Arm East End Drafting & Design 5130 Main Bayview Road Southo!d N~ 11971 RE: SCTM 988-5-56 Dear Mr. Arm, The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed your survey dated and received in our office on February 11, 1998 and at an on site inspection, found that the proposed construction of a 2' X 13' addition at front entry, a 4' X 13' covered porch at front entry, a bay window addition at rear of living room, a 16' X 22' deck addition, steps to grade from.deck and a full second story addition above existing first floor is out of the Wetlands jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Wetland Code.
