Map of proposed highway to be known as Calves Neck Road at $outhold, by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son surveyed July 5, 1961. It is hereby RESOLVED that the Planning Board recommends to the Town Board the dedication of this highway to the Town of $outhold, in view of the fact this road has an excellent base, and the area has a very high assessment value. However, there are, several problems: 1. The pavement is not the acceptable width. 2. There is no access to the water. 3. There is a question regarding the drainage. Page 3 - Report to Southold Town Board. Finally, the Planning Board would like to recommend to the Town Board the withdrawal of approval of the Open Development Area on roads not now constructed in this development.
