ORDER
Application having been duly made for the layingt
out of certain town highways in the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, together with drainage easements,
and a Dedication and Release from the owner of the lands
through which the highways are proposed to be opened, having
been given;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the Town Superintenden~ of
Highways of the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
York, DO FLEREBY DETERMINE AlkYD ORDER that the following! town
highways and drainage easements shall be, and the same
hereby laid out in said Town as follows:
ALL those certain streets, situate, lying
and being in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known as and by
Budd's Pond Road, Willow Point Road, Drainage
Easement t0 feet wide within and along the North-
easterly line of Lot 16, Drainage Easement 10
feet wide Within and along the Northerly line of
Lot 21, Drainage Easement 10 feet wide within and
along the Westerly line of Lot 24 as shown on Map
of Willow Point, Arshamomaque, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, N. Y.", and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on June 16, 1966, as Map
No. 4652.

CONSENT OF
TOWN BOARD
Upon reading and filing the Dedication and
Release of BLEECEER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. dated October
19, 1972, and duly acknowledged, dedicating and releasing the
necessary lands for proposed town highways and drainage ease-
ments, as follows:
ALL those certain streets, situate, lying
and being in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known as and by
Budd's Pond Road, Willow Point Road, Drainage
Easement 10 feet wide within and along the
Northeasterly line of Lot 16, Drainage Ease-
ment 10 feet wide within and along the Northerly
line of Lot 21, Drainage Easement 10 feet wide
within and along the Westerly line of Lot 24 as
shown on Map of Willow Point, Arshamomaque,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County~ N. Y.", and
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
June 16, 1966, as Map No. 4652.
RESOLVED, that in accordance with the provisions
of Section 171 of the Highway Law of the State of New York,
consent he and the same hereby is given that the Town
Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Southold make an
Order laying out the aforesiad town highways, together with
drainage easements, the said town highways to consist iof the
lands described in the said Dedication and Release, and to
extend as delineated upon the map thereto annexed, and it
is further
RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk he and he hereby
is directed to forthwith cause such release to be recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, and~
upon its return, to attach it hereto.

WHEREAS,
Town Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, for the laying out of certain
highways, together with drainage easements, as follows:

NOW THEREFORE, the said BLEECKER CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC., a corporation having its principal office at
520 East 88th Street, New York, N. Y. 10028, owner of said
land to be included within the said highways and drainage
easements, for the consideration hereinafter specified,
DOES HEREBY DEDICATE, RELEASE and CONVEY to the said TOWN OF
SOUTHOLD, for highway purposes and for drainage easements,
the following lands, to wit:
ALL those certain street, situate, lying
and being in the Town of Southold~ County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known as and by
Budd's Pond Road, Willow Point Road, Drainage
Easement 10 feet wide within and along the North-
easterly line of Lot 16, Drainage Easement 10
feet wide within and along the Northerly line of
Lot 21, Drainage Easement 10 feet wide within and
along the Westerly line of Lot 24 as shown on
Map of willow Point, Arshamomaque, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, N. Y.", and filed in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 16,
1966, as Map No. 4652.
The lands hereby dedicated, released and con-
veyed are specifically shown and delineated upon the certain
map which is hereto annexed and made a part hereof.
AND WE DO CERTIFY that the considerations paid
to the undersigned for this dedication and conveyance,~ are
the following, to wit:
