THENCE along said curve to the left a distance of 17.45 feet to a point;
THENCE north 14 degrees 16 minutes 50 seconds east a distance of 65.00 feet to a point and the
southerly terminus of Blossom Lane;
THENCE south 81 degrees 12 minutes 30 seconds east a distance of 50.23 to the point and place of
beginning.

New York 11971 to be known as BLOSSOM LANE and

WE the TOWN OF.SOUTHOLD, being owners of certain land in the Hamlet of
Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,New York, and included within which
land are proposed highways known as BLOSSOM LANE and 'DRAINAGE AREA"
described in the above entitled matter dated November 10, 2016.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of One ($1.00)Dollar to us in hand paid by
Vincent M. Orlando, Superintendent of Highways of said Town of Southold, and in
further consideration of laying out of the new highway known as BLOSSOM LANE
and 'DRAINAGE AREA" do hereby release and dedicate to the Town of Southold all
the land heretofore owned by us within said proposed highway as follows:
1. The highways known as BLOSSOM LANE and "DRAINAGE AREA", all that
certain plot, piece or parcel of land any buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, described on the Tax Map of the Suffolk County Real Property Tax Service
Agency as District 1000, Section 060.00, Block 03.00, Lot 010.700, as shown on a
certain map entitled "Flower Hill Building Corp., Clustered Conservation Subdivision
of Beach Plum Homes at Southold", filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on November 1, 2006 as Map No. 11458.
And we do release the said Town of Southold from all damages by reason of the layout
of the said highways
