The house being constructed north of your property has intensified this flooding since most of the road runoffwas previously contained within a low area where the house now sits. To alleviate this flooding problem, fill material would have m be added to your backyard area- The mount and extent of fib material must be determined by a surveyor 9r environmental consultant. Since yod currently have a lawn within this area, a new lawn could be r~established once the fill material is in place.
