during its regular meeting held on March 30, 1995 regarding the
a~ove matter:
WHEREAS, Proper-T Services, on behalf of RICHARD Ro PRIETO
applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a per~it under the
provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold,
application dated January 30, 1995 and,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the SouthoId Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendations, and
W~EREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on March 30, 1995, at which time all
interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
W/qEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the pren~ses in question and the surrounding area,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
documentation submitted concerning this application, and,
WPLEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in
Chapter 37-18 of the Southold Town Code, which will be listed on
a separate page, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed
will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the
people of the town,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT,
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of
RICHARD R. PRIETO to replace existing dock by constructing a
3' X 39' fixed walkway, with a 3' X 6' platform and steps to
beach, a 3' X 16' hinged ramp and a 6' X 20' floating dock and 2
single piles and one 2-pile dolphin to secure floating dock, a
1-single pile as a storm pole.
Permit to construct project will expire two years from the date
it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit
issued within six months of the date of this notification.
Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified
upon completion of said project.
FEES: walkway: 3' X 25' = 75' X $3 = $225
ramp: 3' X 16' = 48' X $3 = $144
float: 6' X 20' = 120' X $3 =.$360
TOTAL DUE: $729

6~ x 3~ fish cleaning station and steps to beach, hinged ramp 16~ x 3~.

The CAC recommends approval of the dock, however, it recommends
disapproval of the fish cleaning station as it is a violation of DEC
regulations allowing freshwater to run into the bay.

WITH STIPULATIONS of the Wetland Application of WILLIAM PISARELLI
138-2-26 to install 3 piles in water to secure float (removable); construct
walkway on property to access same.
The CAC recommends approval provided the applicant follow the
standard procedure and install a catwalk, ramp to floating dock configuration.
The walkway should be elevated at least 3~ and disturbed areas should be
planted with spartina. (The CAC realizes this is a substandard lot and
that the 10~ sideline/setback requirement cannot be followed.)
