Dear Mr Krupski:
At nhe present time~ we are seeking to obtain a Waiver
for the above noted project. The project is a proposed two
story addition to an existing single family dwelling. The
dwelling itself is located greater than 75' landward of the
Mean High Water Line of Peeonic Bay which fronts the site.
For the Board's review, we have enclosed photographs of
the project site taken earlier today as well as surveys of
the site as prepared by Peconic Surveyors, P.C. last dated
8/28/97. As always, should you have any comments or
