Gurfein 2800 Digman*s Road Cutchogue NY 11935 Re: SCTM %83-2-13.5 Dear Ms. Gurfein, The following action was taken by the Beard of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on June 27, 1996, regarding the above matter: .WHEREAS, PAULETTA B. GLrRFEiN, applied to the Southotd Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southotd, application dated May 16, 1996, and, ~qlEREAS, said application was referred to the Southcld Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on June27, 1996, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed ~ are familiar with the premises in ques.tion and the surrounding area, and, WHERE~, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this applicatien, and, W-6EREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 97-18 of the Southold Town code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT~ RESOLVED~ that the Board of Trustees approves the application of PAULETTA B.
