The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed your survey dated
and received in our office on April 28, 1998 regarding the
construction of a 22' X 25' storage shed, to be out of the
Trustee jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code
and the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland Line or seaward
of Coastal Erosion Hazard Area requires a permit from this
office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
