The following action was taken by the Southold Towm Board of
Trustees on Wednesday, May 28, 1997:
RESOLVED that the Scuthold Town Board of Trustees gra~ts the
requests for a waiver to construct a 3'6" high split rail fence
along the westerly prope~L~ line from the existing split rail
fence at the southwest co~ner to the northwest corner ending at
the bulkhead~ Located 370 Goose Creek Lan~

CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL
The following recommendation was adopted at a meeting of the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council held Monday, May 19, 1997:
WR-67
JOSEPH F. ST. PIERRE 79-1-6 to construct a 3'6" high split rail fence along
the westerly property line from the existing split rail fence at the southwest
corner to the northwest corner ending at the bulkhead.
Located 370 Goose Creek Lane, Southold.
Moved by Bruce Loucka, seconded by Betty Wells, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the application.
Vote of Council: Ayes: All
