Written application having been made to me town superintendent of highways for the
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, by George I. Tuthlll and others, persons 1Xable
to be assessed for highway taxes in sald Town and the written conSent of the Town Board of
saXd Town having been glven as prescribed by law, and release From damages having been
executed by the owners of the land through which the proposed hlghways are to be laid out,
copy of which ls hereto annexed, and nothing having been pald to any clalmant for such damages,
