NY 10023 ACTIVITY: To install a 4 foot by 80 foot pile-supported fixed pier and a 2.5 foot by 12 foot ramp. leading to a 6 foot by 20 foot float secured to ~wo pilings. Extend the existing southerly bulkhead return by approximately 24 feet and backfill with approximately 15 cubic yards of clean material to be trucked in from an upland source. To follow is a copy of a Van Tuyl survey dated December 9, 1971, and ceMified to then owner Philip Berman, which shows the bulkhead in place at tat time. I am unsure as to when the deck was built because the ~ prior ~ Jane Ross and Jon Schdber (Sus~ Pope and John Reed), had no records of permits for the bulkJ~ead orthe deck. Nonetheless, Jane Ross and Jon SchrJber would like t~ put all the slm~ures on record with the Trustees now that they own the pro~e~y. Thus, I have also attached a sketch [not- to-scale) indicating ta dimensions of the exJ~ng deck. Essonlially it consists of two sections I labeled 'A' and 'g'. The larger section, 'A', is a 12' x 12' deck ~ a 3.5' x 1Z westerly extension. The smaller sec~on, 'IF, is a 4' x 5' se.'~__;_ml, adjacent to the la,'ger portion of deck. I will brfng an original pdnt (or at lest a dean copy) of the 1971 suwey and (3) o=pie$ of revised project pisns showing bhe dimensions of the deck to the meeting on the 24a of this month.
