38'3" wide, added to the front of my house. The porch w~
not have heat or be enclosed.

I am interested in building a screened in porch on the
south side of my home~ facing the Peconic Bay. Enclosed you
will find a copy of the most recent survey and sketch of the
project.
The project will extend 10' out from the south side of the
house and run the entire width. The present house is located
approximately 20' above the high tide mark.
t am not sure if we need a permit from you to go ahead
with this project. Please inform us of any permits we may
need. We have written a letter to the Board of Trustees,
Southold Town informing them of our project.
