On October 28, 1983 the Board of Trustees issued a permit to Mssrs. Hanus,Loeffler, and Ganshaw to install a recreational dock within the confines of a 15'Right of Way to the water. A coy of the permit and its approved configuration is enclosed for your information. It appears that these owners or their successors in title have installed/modified the dock in violation of the permit conditions and plans(see survey). The dock presently extends on an angle in front of the Marten property and appears to be longer than the structure approved. This unauthorized modification j has resulted in the inability of Mr. Marten and Mr.Murray to secure their own dock approval as the water depths sufficient for a dock are located in this area. I believe that both docks can be accommodated in the area if the Hanus dock had been constructed properly.
