of the Coastal Erosion Permit Application of LAWRENCE and JOSEPHINE
PEARLSTEIN 5~-1[-23 to construct 432 square foot addition to existing single
family dwelling. Addition to be constructed on piling foundation above the
base flood elevation in compliance with FEMA requirements.
