Please note the property was previously owned by Knizak, then previously by Higgins in 1970, when I purchased Brick Cove Marina (nee Young's Boatyard and Marina). The four existing pilings are located approximately 100 feet from my property line and were in place in the 1970's. ~ Please consider favorably an in-kind replace- men,of the pilings.
